Real estate generally sells very quickly in Woodridge due to it’s attractiveness for young families and relative affordability. Buyers find large comfortable houses that range between $500,000-$800,000.
Woodridge does not have a metro. There are bus lines which run on South Dakota Avenue and Rhode Island Avenue to the Rhode Island Avenue metro.
