Peter was great to work with and SUPER responsive (which was key in the competitive DC housing market and in navigating some last minute bumps in the road to get to closing). He provided really helpful advice throughout the search process, and never pressured me to consider properties that were outside of my price range. Peter was just really wonderful to work with: knowledgeable, accommodating (and I pestered him A LOT), and calm (which I appreciated because being a first time homebuyer is stressful and scary).
