“Pete is really a great realtor”

Pete is really a great realtor! He has strong negotiation skills as a result of his legal training. He’s also patient. We wanted to see a ton of houses before making a decision and Pete was willing and able to show us every home that was available in our price range. He also knows the market well. He was aware of homes that would soon be on the market so we didn’t have to wait for homes to appear on the MLS. I would highly recommend Pete to anyone interested in purchasing or selling a home in Washington, DC.
