Pete was terrific in his capacity as the selling/listing agent on five homes of our homes in the Shaw area between 2008-2013. His knowledge of the market helped us set our asking price so that we received offers immediately and didn’t feel as though we left anything on the table when we went to contract. His Open Houses were well thought out and always well attended. When I have another house to sell or purchase in DC, I will go to Pete first.
