I couldn’t have hoped for a better home buying experience with Pete. My wife and I were just starting the process of relocating when I contacted Pete. He was very responsive to our emails, texts and phone calls. We were not very familiar with the neighborhoods and that is where Pete really shined. Pete is patient. Frequently we had to reschedule due to work-related events and we were having trouble deciding between buying a home in D.C. or Northern Virginia — he stuck with us and provided an analysis of alternatives. Eventually we decided on a condo in Arlington. Pete’s knowledge of markets, negotiation, and the entire home buying process is beyond reproach. He will be our first call when we look to sell or buy in the future.
