“I am really glad that I went with Peter”

I had previously used Peter’s services to sell my condo. Since he did such a wonderful job in selling my condo, I decided to use him again in purchasing a new home. He did an excellent job in identifying homes that met my criteria in the area that I wanted to live. He showed me the homes, identifying the pros and cons of each home. When I selected the home I wanted, he handled the negotiations with the seller bargaining down to a price below what the seller initially listed the home. Through the entire process, Peter was patient and professional handling any rough parts of the process and explaining everything so that I could make the best decision. I am very happy with my purchase and I am really glad that I went with Peter. I will definitely use him again if I ever need to buy or sell another home.
