Peter handled the purchase of our condo in DC and everything went smoothly. After the purchase, a few years later I sought Peters help to rent the condo because I had moved to suburbia. He provided me copies of leases which I used to rent my condo. Peter did not receive any money for this but was always willing to help. I really appreciated that.
