Riggs Park

Riggs Park is a neighborhood in NE DC bounded by Riggs Road on the south, Blair Road on the west, and Eastern Avenue to the north. Riggs Park has traditionally been an affordable neighborhood compared to nearby neighborhoods like Takoma and Brookland, and that is still true despite the new development coming to the nearby Fort Totten metro station. Riggs Park real estate is characterized by contemporary red brick duplexes, and also some Ramblers and Colonials.  Prices are affordable by DC standards, ranging from $300,000 to $600,000.

TRANSPORTATION

Rigges Park does not have a metro, but the Fort Totten metro is less than a mile away.
