Logan Circle is a historic neighborhood located in NW DC just to the east of Dupont Circle, and is bounded by S Street to the north, 10th Street to the east, 16th Street to the west, and M Street to the south. Logan Circle is home to some of the largest and most elegant Victorian and Romanesque townhouses in the city. Many of the homes have been renovated and converted to condos, with prices reaching into the $700,000’s and $800,000’s, and houses that have been left intact easily reach $2,000,000 and above.
Logan Circle does not have a metro station but the U Street metro is within 10 minutes by foot.
