Friendship Heights

Located right at the Maryland border, Friendship Heights is a small neighborhood that straddles NW DC and Bethesda, Md. Friendship Heights is roughly bounded by River Road to the southeast, Willard Avenue and Western Avenue to the north, Reno Road to the east, and Fessendon Street to the south. Known primarily for upscale shopping and dining at the Mazza Gallerie and Chevy Chase Pavilion, the neighborhood real estate is mostly high rise apartments and condos, and some rowhouses and detached Federals which sell between $1,000,000 and $1,500,000.
