Dupont Circle is an historic neighborhood in the middle of NW DC bounded approximately by 16th Street on the east side, 22nd Street on the west, M Street on the south side and Florida Avenue to the north. Traditionally known for it’s cafes, shops and restaurants, as well as excellent museums, art galleries, and embassies, the neighborhood is also home to some of the cities finest homes. Real estate in Dupont Circle is mostly historic Victorians, Georgians, Queen Anne’s and Federals. While it is possible to find a house around $1,000,000, it is much more common to see prices closer to $2,000,000 and above. There are also many condos and coops in Dupont Circle with prices ranging anywhere between $400,000 and $1,000,000.
