Cathedral Heights

Cathedral Heights is a neighborhood in NW DC named for the National Cathedral, and bounded by Wisconsin Avenue on the east side, Idaho Avenue to the west, Fulton Street to the south and Woodley Road to the north. Cathedral Heights is primarily a residential neighborhood, but there are plenty of dining, grocery and other shopping options close by on Wisconsin Avenue and some of the side streets. There are lots of large condos and coops on Cathedral Avenue that sell from the $200,000’s to the $800,000’s, and the Tudor and Edwardian houses generally sell between $1,100,000 and $1,300,000.
TRANSPORTATION
There is no metro in Cathedral Heights but there are several good bus lines going up and down Wisconsin Avenue. The closest metro is Tenleytown, but that’s at least a 20 minute walk.
