Capitol Hill

Capitol Hill is a vibrant neighborhood, rich in political history of course, but also rich in diversity, art, wonderful restaurants (including Rose’s Luxury, voted #1 restaurant in America by Bon Appetit in 2014), and charming, walkable neighborhoods. The architecture is among the loveliest in the city with Victorians, Edwardians and Federals sprinkled throughout the neighborhood. Capitol Hill has been expanding northward and eastward in recent years, with those areas providing more affordable housing options than the more established parts of the Hill, like Eastern Market and Lincoln Park. With five metros and several sought-after schools, Capitol Hill is an attractive, convenient option for many people moving to DC.
TRANSPORTATION
